“Healing takes courage, and we all have courage, even if we have to dig a little to find it.” -Tori Amos.
Life can sometimes feel like a never-ending rollercoaster; with highs, lows, and an overwhelming amount of twists and turns. No matter where you are in your journey, taking that courageous step towards healing can be both rewarding and difficult. But you are not alone. My goal is to help you navigate life in a safe and nonjudgmental environment. Whether wanting to work through past childhood experiences, navigating new life transitions, or just need a listening ear, I am here to help you work through it.
Therapy is a collective and collaborative process. We will work together to explore life’s challenges with the ultimate goal of healing. I utilize an integrative approach to assist my clients on whatever journey they are on. I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship/family challenges, and new life transitions. I am passionate about working with young adults that are struggling to navigate and adjust to all the nuances of adulthood. My goal is to help you through it all. If you are ready to take that first step in your healing process, I am willing and ready to walk with you on your journey.
